Due to the active chemical properties of PM-200, it is easy to react with water, generate insoluble urea compounds and emit carbon dioxide, resulting in bulges and increased viscosity.Therefore, in the storage process, it is necessary to ensure that the container is strictly dry and sealed and filled with dry nitrogen protection.
It should be kept strictly sealed at room temperature (15℃ ~ 35℃) in a well-ventilated room.As the temperature decreases, the viscosity increases, which will affect the use.If the storage temperature is too low (below 5℃) can lead to crystallization phenomenon, so attention must be paid to anti-freezing.Once crystals appear, they must be heated and melted immediately in the shortest possible time.The heating temperature of the material shall not exceed 70℃.Local overheating is strictly prohibited as the product will decompose and produce gas at temperatures above 230℃.It is suggested to use hot air oven with barrel rolling device for drying.After drying, the materials in the barrel must be mixed evenly.In the process of barrel drying, close attention should be paid to the support point of the barrel to prevent wear and collision resulting in leakage.Long-term storage above 50℃ should be avoided to avoid the formation of insoluble solids and increase the viscosity.
