1.What Features does our needle punching production line have?
The machine is to open and tear the waste cotton and finally making waste cotton softer and cleaner with the centrifugal power from high roller speed.the capacity ranges from 150kg to 550kg based on different roller quantities,there are one roller,two rollers,three rollers ,four rollers ,five rollers and six rollers,or more.
2.What material does our needle punching production line suitable to?
Large output, have the loose, cleaning effect is good, the fiber damage little effect,low consumptio, environmental protection, the noise is small.This machine can be used in textile industry, toy factorywaste processing plant,etc. It is economic and saving labor.
3.What Effect after processing?
Working Procedure:
During processing,spread the loose lint evenly on the curtain. The curtain will bring the lint to the roller inlet. Then the roller will squeeze the lint to the front of the roller, and the cotton will be loosened by the roller.The cotton fibers are sent to the cotton dust cage through the cotton tunnel, and then sent to the middle feeding plate by the dust cage.The treated cotton is all attached to the cotton dust cage along with the airflow generated by the roller, and then sent out by the dust cage, and sent out evenly through the rolling of the cotton pressing roller.
4.What the product use for after processing?
spinning yarn filling duvet,sofa, pillow,toy,making felt making carpet for cars,etc.
