The pulse test bench can automatically adjust and control the pressure and temperature through setting, so that the measured parts can reach the actual working state,carry out fatigue life test, and finally determine the product performance. The pulse test bench adopts the control mode of combination of computer or PLC to realize the generation and adjustment of arbitrary waveform through closed loop control. The equipment is suitable for the pressure pulse test of rubber hose, brake pipe, power steering pipe, clutch pipe, air conditioner and radiator hose, etc.
Impulse Test Benches are specialized test bench for pressure ,impulse as well as deflection and vibration etc. functional tests. They are powered by hydraulic pump motor and use ODMT hydraulic pump for oil pressurizing. Pulse pressure up to maximally 400Mpa.They are capable of testing for a multitude of medium, such as oil, water and non-corrosive chemical liquids .
This pulse tester consists of pressure pulse system, temperature control system, power system, circulation system, electrical control system, data collection test system, workpiece installation device, etc.
1. Multi-station , multi-test can be conducted simultaneously without any influence. The experimental data and graphics are automatically recorded and stored in the computer;
2. Accessories are imported components, which ensures the precision and stability of the testing machine from the control principle and the quality of electrical components;
3. Test software is reliable and stable. The experimental parameters and customer information can be set, and the pressure-time curve, environment/medium temperature, pulse number and pressure value can be displayed in real time.
4. Use the auto start function of the booster pump to fill the pressure, realize automatic control, reduce the working time of motor and pressure system, improve the reliability, stability and service life of the pressure system, and ensure the pressure accuracy;
5. The machine and tools have overpressure overload protection function and pressure calibration function;
6.Real-time monitoring and data recording on a high-speed acquisition card and curve printing.
