    Q2:What’s your products` material?

     We have two kinds of material which are:

     1. 100% biodegradable modified polylactide resin (PLA)
     2. 100%biodegradable thermoplastic starch/PBAT resin.
    All of our products made of this two kind of material.

    Q3:Are you a manufacture? 

     Yes, we are. We have our own factory for manufacture. Meanwhile, we are Trade Company, too. Except for the plastic raw material, we can make size, design,             packing solution, brand totally as your requirement.. 

   Q4: What information should I let you know if I want to get a quotation?
  The size of the products (length x width x thickness).
  The material
  The print color
  The quantity
  What Price do you want, EXW, FOB, CRF or others? If CRF, tell us your destination port.
  If it is possible, please provide with pictures or design sketch for checking. Samples will be best for clarifying. If not, we will recommend relevant products with details for reference.

   Q5: when we create the artwork, what kind of format is available for printing?
  PDF, JPEG, PNG
  Picture size: not less than 600*600

   Q6: Can you provide samples? How about the cost? How many days will you take to make samples?
  Yes, we can provide samples for free if your quantity requirement is no more than 10pcs. The express fee will have to be paid by you. 
  Generally, it will take 5-7 days for samples making. 

   Q7: Do you have any certificates for your products / how about your quality?
  Our products have certificates of SGS, EN13432, ASTM D6400, OK - Biobased, GB/T20197. As our products have meet so many standard, you can tell how good of our quality is.

   Q8: Do you inspect the finished products?
  Yes, every finished order will be inspect. We have bring in several inspect machines to test our finished products, any bad quality and situation will be avoid by this process.
