Q3. How can I get the sample?
After approved the design, material and printing or embroidery, you pay the sample cost, then we will make the sample for you,give the photos of the sample once we finish it, if you satisfied with it, we will send the sample to you. And if you think there is somwthing need to be changed, we can also help.

Q4. Whst’s the MOQ?
Usually our MOQ is 500 pcs, but for first time customers, we can do the MOQ 100 pcs.

We will make your logo by printing or embroidery method according to your requirement.

Q6. How can I control the quality of the goods?

You can arrange the third party inspection company come to our company to inspect the goods after the mass production has been finished.

Q7. How about the shipping?
For the sample, we ship via DHL/FEDEX/UPS.
For the bulk orders, you can use your own forwarder to ship the goods. We will deliver the goods to your forwarder's warehouse, we also have good cooperated forwarder, if you are not convenient at this part, we can arrange our forwarder to ship the goods for you.
