Yes of course, we have professional plush toy designer team, you can give your logo and idea to us, we can provide the design work or help to modify your own design.

Q2. Which material can be used for plush toy?

There are many kinds of material can be used for plush toys producing, such as soft fleece, plush fleece, coin hair, stuffed by PP cotton or Foam Particle. We can recommend the fit material according to your design.

Q3. How can I get the sample?
After approved the design, material and printing or embroidery, you pay the sample cost, then we will make the sample for you, give the photos of the sample once we finish it, if you satisfied with it, we will send the sample to you. And if you think there is somwthing need to be changed, we can also help.

Q4. Whst’s the MOQ?

Usually our MOQ is 500 pcs, but for first time customers, we can do the MOQ 100 pcs.

Q5. How about the logo?
We will make your logo by printing or embroidery method according to your requirement.

Q6. How can I control the quality of the goods?
We have strict quality control in every production process.

You can arrange the third party inspection company come to our company to inspect the goods after the mass production has been finished.

Q7. How about the shipping?
For the sample, we ship via DHL/FEDEX/UPS.

For the bulk orders, you can use your own forwarder to ship the goods. We will deliver the goods to your forwarder's warehouse, we also have good cooperated forwarder, if you are not convenient at this part, we can arrange our forwarder to ship the goods for you.
