Q1: What is your MOQ?

A1: To give our clients more convience ,we accept small order. Our MOQ is 100-300 pcs per style. We can negotiate our minimum quantity with each other, we do accept small order also, We have fabrics in stock for small production in different quality 

Q2: Can I have the clothing with my own logo/label/tags (Branding)?

A2: Yes Ofcourse , We have in house Print/Embroidery/ Digital printing ( Sublimation/print n cut/plotter ) , Just you need to provide us good quality Digital file for your branding logo. 

Q3: Can you do OEM for me?

A3: We accept all OEM orders,just contact us and give me your design.we will offer you a reasonable price and make samples for you ASAP. 

Q4: What is your OEM sample delivery time?

A4: Usually we need about 1-3 days to make the samples and 7-14 days to reach your end. 

Q5: How about the packaging?

A5: If you have have A Special Instruction for Packaging, Please the let us know we will customize it. 

Q6: Can you help to design?

A6: Yes, you could just tell us your idea; we will advise some reference items and help to design especially for you. 

Q7: Can I get samples made?

A7: Yes Samples are chargeable but this amount is adjusted in main order and freight will be absorbed by you, we support sampling as per your design, and we will share the cost after you order. 

Q8: Can I get a sample before bulk order?

A8: Yes, in order to text the quality, you can get a sample before bulk order. We are very confident about the quality. And the sample time is 7-10 Business days. 

Q9: How does your factory do regarding quality control?

A9: Quality is our priority. We have strict quality controlling from the very beginning to the very end. We are open to 3rd Parity inspection and testing at your Cost 

Q10: When you ship my order?

A10: Normally 35 -45 days after receiving your payment, but it can be negotiated based on order qty and production schedule. 

Q11 What's your payment terms?

A11: Our payment terms are Bank Transfer, L/C, T/T, Western Union , 30% advance and 70% when shipment is ready to ship. 

Q12: How can I place the order?

A12: First sign the PI,pay deposit,then we will arrange the production.After finished production need you pay balance. Finally we will ship the Goods. 

Q13: When can I get the quotation ?

A13: We usually quote you within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the quotation.Please call us or tell us in your mail, so that we could regard your inquiry priority. 

Q14: Can you send products to my country?

A14: Sure, we can. If you do not have your own ship forwarder, we can help you.
