Platinized titanium anode can be taken as a high quality and economical substitute of Platinum anode. It is made up of titanium substrate material and platinum plated(0.5~5um) on the titanium substrate material. Platinized titanium anode integrates good physical and chemical properties of platinum and titanium.

Production Method:
Titanium anode is a kind of electro-catalysis electrode in electro-chemistry, which is composed by substrate that is pure titanium and coated that is precious metal oxide.
Three Procedures:
1. Substrate treatment: it needs to be treated by roughing, cleaning and removing oil, which can increase the compactness of catalytic.
2. Brushing
Drying
After substrate treatment, it will be proceeded brush coated. The main coated content is platinum group metal, which is a kind of mixed solution.
Then, heat treatment will be going on after drying.
The whole procedure need to be repeated many times. This method is better to form thin oxide catalytic that is lamellar adhere to substrate surface.

Q3: How long is the anode can be used?
A3: This is also depend on the anode working condition. Our engineer will check it with the data you provided.
Q4: What is the lead time?
A4:As usual, it is 25days. Anode is customized product. Different customer required different anode. Under this, we have no way to make some anodes in stock. But we are often finish production in advance. We have to consider force majeure factor in guranteed lead time. However, we have 100*100mm plate and mesh samples in stock.
Q5:How about the cargo service?
A5:Express is widely to be required. If the weight is more than 100kg, we will advise you to consider flight shipping or sea shipping.
