Plastic Teller Rosette Ring (also named Tellerette ring or Teller ring) is composed of 12 small ring in radial arrangement and a big ball. As the gap filler can be at a higher liquid holdup, the tower can remain liquid longer, thus increasing the gas-liquid contact time, improve the efficiency of mass transfer packing.
Plastic Teller Rosette Ring has excellent features such as large void ratio, low pressure drop, low mass transfer unit height, high flooding point, vapor-liquid contact fully, small proportion, high mass transfer efficiency. Extensive used for gas absorber, cooling tower, deaerator, reactor and other gas-liquid contact systems.
We can supply different materials such as polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), reinforced polypropylene (RPP), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), chlorinated polyvinyl chloride (CPVC) and polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) based on different application requirements.
