Packing:

1.Each item is a separate package. PE bag /Bubble bag (+ Inner box )+ Outer Carton, to make sure safely transport.

2.The production label, posted in the side of each carton.(the lable including production information and QR code).

3.Outer box use 5 layer corrugated boxes, with high press and shock resistance, to make sure not damage in the transportation.

Shipping:

• 1. We recommend door to door air shipping for small package. It takes 3-7 days from our factory to your appointed place.

• 2. Sea shipping are recommended if time is not urgent and with large bulk cargo. It takes 7-35 days shipping time from Shenzhen or Hongkong to your port.

• 3. We can arrange air shipping if you are requesting for it.

1.  Can we get the samples freely?

A: Sorry, you need to pay for the sample cost and the courier cost. You can use your own express collect account or prepay to us if you do not have an account.

The sample cost can be refunded if the order qty is or more than 500 pieces.

2. How long to make and receive the samples?

A:Normally, it takes 3-5 working days to make samples. And takes 3-4 wokings day from our office to your office by courier. Totally 6-9 working days for you to get samples after ordering.

3. Packing way

A:The normal packing is individually in plastic bag,  several into a outer carton which 6 sides are protected with polyfoam. You can choose pallet packed after cartons.

4. What kind of terms of delivery you accept?

A:EXW, FOB Shenzhen, CNF, CIF or door to door, all of them are acceptable. You can choose the one which is conveninet or cheapest for you.

5. Payment Terms

A:Normally, we accept T/T 30% as deposit, 70% before shipping or against B/L copy. L/C or western union pay is also acceptable.
