A. Generally, we pack our goods in neutral white boxes and brown cartons. If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the
goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.

A. EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU
Q3. How about your delivery time?
A. Generally, it will take 15 to 30 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and
the quantity of your order.
Q4. Can you produce according to the samples?
A. Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.
Q5. What is the sample policy?
A. Sure, we are pleasure to sent the sample to you.
We offer samples on hand for free but in customers' express charge. If buyers have any special requirements, they need to pay the
sample charge.
Q6. Can you make customized design/size/packaging?
A. Yes, of course, we can design and packaging as customer/s requirement.

A. We have pass the LFGB, EU10, certificates as well as audits for some of famous companies such as: BSC, Avon etc. We have own QC
to check mass productions in factory. All products can pass the tests Intertek.
We have passed BSCI, LFGP, ICTI CARE, AVON AUDIT and we can satisfy all your request of standardization factory selection.
