The pit type gas carburizing furnace is a cycle-operated energy-saving resistance furnace. The equipment is suitable for carburizing, normalizing, quenching, quenching and tempering, annealing, etc. of low carbon steel, low alloy steel products, gears and various auto parts.

Product Details
Furnace shell.
Welded by A3 high quality carbon steel and made into single layer shell, thickness is 6mm. Have sufficient strength and rigidity,can bear the weight of the furnace and workpieces, and keep geometric shapes Non-deformation.
Furnace lining.
Use of lightweight refractory brick and aluminum silicate fiber cotton, composed of thermal insulation fireproof layer and insulating layer, heat insulation refractory layer using high strength light weight and high alumina refractory bricks, are according the laying process standard execution, has good heat insulation performance, service life more than 5 years;
Furnace tank(Muffle).
Adopt for 310S heat resistant alloy steel plate, thickness is 8mm and has the ability to absorb the thermal deformation. To make sure that the thermal deformation at high temperature does not produce distortion and does not produce weld cracking. On the furnace tank mouth has asbestos seal and air inlet;Adopt end cover the furnace bottom can get better uniform result.
Furnace cover.
Adopt for the A3 carbon steel is processed into cover plate, thermal insulation chamber materials is imported 310S heat resistant steel, filled with high temperature resistant aluminum silicate fiber cotton with good heat preservation performance. On the middle of furnace cover installed a double water cooling and sealing anti-corrosion circulation fan , Furnace cover equipped with three pieces tube , such as sample tube , dropping liquid tube,ignition tube, gas tubes.
Electric Control System.
①PID automatic control via SCR (Silicon Controlled Rectifier) power regular.
②30 programmable segments for program temperature and time.
③Over temperature protection and alarm allows for operation without attendant.
