1 furnace body:
1.1 the furnace shell is welded by steel plates and sharp irons. The surface have polish and rust treatment, paint high temperature paint(300℃ paint).
1.2 The furnace outer line is build by Shaped brick and refractory material, the outer line sharp build according to the vessel.
1.3 Inner line is piled with Refractory fiber cotton and blanket,thickness:325mm(25mm cotton blanket and 300mm sharp fiber),max temperature: 1260℃,between the sharp fibers are fill with blankets
2 Heat system:

2.2 Heat element:belt type heat element(0Cr21Al6Nb)
2.3 Power controller:Regulating voltage regulator(Made by Sitong)
2.4 Heat element fix method:use spiral ceramic nail to fix the heat elements, it can effectively prevent heat leakage
3 barrel:
3.1 The equipment have two barrels.
3.2 barrel body material SUS321*10mm thickness,Round type bottom head SUS321*12mm thickness
3.3 barrel body have the hyperbolic wave forming treatment, it have high strength and not easy to deformation and cracking.
3.4 The barrel have light design to reduce the bottom press.
3.5 double sealed ceramic fiber packing and configuration of 8 manual clamping device, good sealing performance
3.6 The heat insulation cotton felt can effectively prevent leakage of steam drum

5 furnace cover:
5.1 The equipment have two furnace covers with cycle fans.
5.2 the furnace cover top use plate and strong with sharp irons. The furnace cover structure could fix the fan.
5.3 Round shape bottom head material is SUS321*8mm thickness.
5.4 The head is formed by spinning, this type of structure is lighter and reduce the weight
5.5 The furnace cover line is lay by Refractory fiber cotton to reduce the heat loss.
5.6 The sealing flange and the inner barrel are in exact agreement, which can effectively keep the pressure in the furnace
5.7 The gas pipes use thick stainless steel tubes.
