Paywelder Welding Pay Tractor

Luoyang Deping All-Hydraulic paywelder welding pay tractor using Commins engine and Faradi generator (or equivalent) with British technology. It is mainly used for onshore oil and gas pipeline construction process. Used for lifting welding tent when pipeline welding, and providing power for welding equipment.

Traveling system use Load sensing hydraulic pump, this technique is fully developed with excellent performance and high
reliability and make full use of engine power.; main hydraulic components (pumps, valves, walking motor reducer) choose DANFOSS, American Parker, Nabtesco components. Control system uses imported Italian pilot operating system, manipulation of light, precise control, can realize stepless two tranches walking speed.

Technical points and advantages of DP paywelder welding pay tractor:
1. Patented design of rigid straight connecting of engine, generator and hydraulic pump. After hydraulic clutch system is designed, unloaded power consumption of pump is only 1.2kw during welding process, while unloaded pump power would be 9.5kw without hydraulic clutch system, only this can saves 8.3kw, and save fuel cost around RMB50,000-100,000
a year.
2. There are embedded hook in the platform to be easily craned up of whole machine.
3. All hydraulic components are from well-established international brands. Very stable performance, and easy to find spares.
4. Adopt hydraulic flexible walking system for smooth operations of starting and stopping.
5. The servo pilot operating system is easy and precise to be operated, and it can realize continuously variable transmission between two different speed settings.
6. Depending on powerful traction, the machine can achieve steering operation easily on uneven terrain, can walk in sloping area, and has excellent cross-country performance on hilly and wetland areas.

1. Overhaul platform at both sides, it is convenient for examining and maintenance of engine, generator and hydraulic system.
