Pine Tar / Tail Oil / Coal Tar for Reclaimed Rubber Production

Our oil  is dark brown to black sticky liquid or half solid,boiling spread 240~400°C, Density 1.03 -1.07.

Slightly soluble in water,soluble in ethanol, ethyl ether, chloroform, glacial acetic acid,

 fixed oil, sodium hydroxide solution, etc

Mainly used for dark rubber products softener, the major advantages:

1.As a natural plant product has no harmful.

2.It has very good softening dispersion effect to the rubber powder and carbon black.

3.Increase of the melt viscosity,make rubber soft and smooth.

4.It has good activation to thiazole type accelerator.

5.It has hardy scorch mitigation effect to the products.

6.The price is low, the cost is low.

Itis very useful for reclaim rubber production.It dissolves in the cracked rubber hydrocarbon during the regeneration process.In that proceess,small molecules can uniformly penetrate into the large molecules of rubber containing sulfur to make the rubber swell,relax and network structure,and increase the distance between molecular chains and oxygen penetration;pin tar can act as the acceptor of the free radical,inhibit the gel effect,and helps spread the activator in the rubber matrix to speed up the regeneration process;pine tar can also improve the viscosity of recyled rubber with less pollution and good processing property.
