Piezoelctric Ceramic Vibration Power 60W Ultrasonic Transducer Waterproof Immersible Pack Ultrasonic Converter Parts
Introduction to ultrasonic transducer:
The ultrasonic vibrator, also called the ultrasonic vibrating head, is an ultrasonic transducer and is the core component of the ultrasonic cleaning machine. The whole of the ultrasonic transducer connected to the horn is called a vibrator. Ultrasonic transducer is one of the important components in ultrasonic cleaning machine and ultrasonic vibration plate, which largely determines the quality of ultrasonic effect.
Based on years of experience in ultrasonic cleaning, our company provides professional ultrasonic transducers with stable quality, high efficiency output and moderate price based on the opinions and feedback of users.
An ultrasonic transducer is a device that converts high-frequency electrical energy into mechanical vibration. The high-frequency electrical energy input by the ultrasonic generator matches the piezoelectric ceramic piece with the resonant frequency of the ultrasonic transducer, and the piezoelectric effect of the material is used to convert the electrical energy. It is converted into mechanical vibration, that is, ultrasonic vibration, which is transmitted to the water medium through the ultrasonic transducer, and forms negative pressure bubbles and shock waves in the water, and is transmitted in the tax base solution to achieve the effect of cleaning the surface of the workpiece. The transducer is mainly composed of an aluminum block, a piezoelectric ceramic piece and an insulating layer.
Ultrasonic Transducer classification:
A. piezoelectric chip classification: Black chip P4 series and yellow chip P8 series;
B. Frequency classification: low frequency series (17-23KHz), intermediate frequency series (25-28KHz), medium and high frequency series (33-60KHz) and high frequency series (68-200KHz);
C. Power classification: 30W series (including 35W), 50W series (including 60W), 100W series (including 80W) and other unconventional power;
D. shape classification: straight column and horn type
Ultrasonic Transducer Frequency selection:
The frequency of the transducer is inversely proportional to the wavelength, and the wavelength is related to the diameter of the cavity (strictly speaking, the nucleation time is longer due to the low frequency), and the diameter of the cavity is related to the explosion pressure. The higher the general frequency, the smaller the wavelength, the smaller the diameter of the cavity, the lower the explosion pressure, but the higher the density of the cavity, the better the permeability.
Comparison of different piezoceramic transducers:
1). The yellow wafer assembled transducer has a low absolute value of capacitance change and a small strong field loss, so that the heat generation is low and the heat is stable with respect to the same driving line. The water flower is characterized by stable change to the cleaning load and large impact, which is a moderately-regular type.
2). The black chip has a high electromechanical coupling coefficient and a high Curie temperature, so the electroacoustic conversion efficiency is high. It has higher stability and higher temperature resistance than other products using the general P4 series. The water flower is characterized by a high water column and a rich hand feeling, but the sensitivity to the cleaning load is high.
3). Use occasions (recommended): high frequency (such as 40K or more) or low power transducer (60W or less) with black wafer assembly
The transducer, low frequency or high power transducer uses a yellow wafer assembled transducer.
