- Q1: I am worried about the quality of the products that I am getting. How do you guys check that? Do you test all your goods before delivery ?
- A1: Yes, we have 100% test before delivery. We have our own factory to produce all our products under standard quality control here. Each product will be tested before it can be packed/shipped. So there is no need to have concerns about the quality.
- Q2: Is there anything that as customer we should take consideration?
- A2: We would like to meet all our customers needs. So we strongly recommend you to communicate with us before your purchase. And check your package carefully before opening. For all the damages that are made during transportation, we are not going to take any responsibilities.
- Q3: Could you explain to me about the shipping method, and what’s the difference? What are the terms of delivery?
- A2: There are FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU and so on. We mostly recommended our customers to use sea for international shipping. Normally the air freight will be more expensive than the sea freight. But by air will be a bit faster than sea shipping. Sea shipping normally take up to 15 to 22 days(depends on the distance or sea companies’ routing) . The shipping fee will be various, due to the season as well as the distance. We strongly recommend to communicate with our customer service.
- Q4: How can I make an order?
- A4: You can talk to our customer service on the product that you would like to order, considering with the amount, shipping method as well as your email address. Then our customer service will send you an invoice via email. Once you make your payment, we will ship your order to you ASAP.
- Q5. What is your terms of payment ?
- A5: T/T if transaction total is below and equal to $50,000 full payment is required and If transaction is above $50,000, 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
- Q6. Can you produce according to the samples?
- A6: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.
- Q7. What is your sample policy ?
- A7: We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost.
