DH high polymer modified resin is a high quality high polymer resin, which is also an application of the research result of the 7th Five-Year Plan. It is made, using the German technology to react through the surface activation process for special modification, to generate the high quality high polymer additive. It is highly viscous, water-soluble and thixotropic-lubricous. It can play a bigger role in putty and insulation mortar, which can significantly improve cohesion, adhesive force and strength.
Putty materials They require good adhesive force and grindability because of their own properties. By adding 0.6 to 2 kg of modified resins into them [and meanwhile, reduce the quantity of HPMC to improve the quality while reducing costs], it can improve their viscosity, thixotropy to prevent sticking to scraper, and improve grindability to prevent dusting. It can make their surface brighter, strength higher and workability better.
Gypsum based materials DH modified resins can perfectly match with gypsum materials, so DH modified resins can be added to gypsum plaster and gypsum thermal insulation to improve their density, adhesive force, flexibility and grindability.
Anti-crack mortars for outer wall thermal insulation systems and plaster systems DH modified resins have good flexibility and adhesive force. In the adhesive mortar and finishing mortar of outer wall thermal insulation, it is recommended to add 3 ± 0.5 kg of DH modified resins, which can significantly improve the adhesive force between cement-based inorganic materials and thermal insulation boards, like EPS/XPS, etc., and which can improve water retention thickening effect and give a certain degree of hydrophobic nature for mortar.
Experimental data show that: when 3 ± 0.5 kg of DH modified resins is added to the anti-crack mortar of polyphenyl granule insulation and glass bead insulation, it can substantially reduce the use of emulsion powder, reduce the costs of the materials for anti-crack mortar, and improve workability and crack resistance. Good scraping property, good workability, smooth and bright surface, and good water tolerance. Its strength meets standard JG149. Insulation board adhesive, 2 kg of modifies resin and 6 kg of emulsion powder, have good adhesive force, benzene adhesive plate breaking percentage and water resistance adhesive strength. Increase the use of polymer powder to 12 kg, if it is considered that the water resistance plate breaking percentage reaches 80%. In plastering mortar, 2 kg of modified resin plus 13 to 15 kg of emulsion powder, has good adhesive force, water resistance adhesive force and compressive strength.
