How to use the autoclave better

High pressure reactor can be used for the purification of special gases in pharmaceutical, chemical and other industries. As one of the reactors, stainless steel high pressure reactor is stronger than glass reactor, so it is often used in industrial production. It is composed of stainless steel reaction vessel, mechanical mixer or magnetic drive system, cooling device, safety device, heating device, etc. The high-pressure reactor body is generally made of steel or lining. The materials, mixing device, heating method, shaft seal structure, volume, temperature, pressure, etc. used in the reactor are different and various. The high-pressure reactor generally has the following six characteristics:

1. The jacketed space is small, which reduces the silicone oil consumption and the system burden when the temperature rises and falls. The response speed of the rising and falling temperature is fast, and the lag effect of the reaction temperature control is avoided. Scientific aspect ratio can enlarge the heat exchange area of reactor. The special material ratio makes the kettle body have good heat transfer performance.

2. Without dead angle bottom discharge design, the medicine liquid in the kettle can be fully mixed for reaction, meanwhile, it is convenient to clean the kettle body and prevent cross contamination between the medicine liquid.

3. The unique bottom material valve with spring can ensure no leakage when working at - 90 ~ 200 ° C.

4. Stainless steel thread linear seal is adopted for the interface with temperature control to prevent the leakage of temperature control circulating medium caused by different materials of the interface due to different high-temperature expansion ratio and contraction ratio of high-pressure reactor.

5. Magnetic sealing can be selected to strengthen the sealing of the kettle body and prevent the corrosion of the top mounted agitator caused by the air entering and the weak volatilization of the strong corrosive gas in the kettle body.

6. A guide plate can be selected in the jacket to ensure that the heat conducting medium is in the form of turbulence, and the heat exchange is fully effective and uniform, so as to achieve efficient and accurate temperature control.
