---Brief introduction:

Permanent magnetic roll separator is a stationary permanent magnet, comprised of standard ferrite magnet and Rare Earth NdFeB Magnets enclosed in a non-magnetic stainless-steel drum shell.

Permanent magnetic roll separator is widely used as head pulleys in belt conveyors for continuous automatic removal of damaging tramp iron from a variety of materials.

---Work principle:

When the forrous metal material passed over the magnetic pulley,ferrous metal is attracted to the magnetic pulley and remain on the belt until the belt moves away from the pulley. non ferrous material is unaffected and falls into the cleaned material flow.
