Q1: Is it possible to visit your factory?
A1: Sure. But please kindly keep us posted a few days in advance. We need to check our schedule to see if we are available then.

Q2: Is there a MOQ for your motors?
A2: Yes. The MOQ is between 500~5,000pcs for different models after sample approval. But it's also okay for us to accept smaller lots like a few dozens, hundreds or thousands for the initial 3 orders after sample approval. For samples, there is no MOQ requirement. But the less the better (like no more than 5pcs) on condition that the quantity is enough in case any changes needed after initial testing.

Q3: Can I get some samples?
A3: It depends. If only a few samples for personal use or replacement, I am afraid it'll be difficult for us to provide because all of our motors are custom made and no stock available if there is no further needs. If just sample testing before the official order and our MOQ, price and other terms are acceptable, we'd love to provide samples.

Q4: How much I should pay for samples?
A4: For low cost samples with quantity no more than 5pcs, we can provide them for free with freight paid by buyer (if clients can provide their courier account or arrange courier to pick them up from our company, it'll be okay with us). And for others, we'll charge sample cost and freight. It's not our aim to earn money by charging samples. If it matters, we can make a refund once got the initial order.

Q5: Could you tell me the lead time for samples and order?
A5: For normal dc motor samples, the lead time is around 5~7 days. If there is special requirements like extended shaft, special reduction ratio, lead time will be longer. For orders, the standard lead time is 20 days and this time can be shorter or longer based on different model, period and quantity.

Q6: Could you send me a price list?
A6: Since we have hundreds of different products, and price varies per different specifications, we are not able to offer a price list. But we can quote within 15 hours once got your inquiry to make sure you can get the price in time.
