Usage:
This machine is mainly used for drilling and tapping metal work piece which in buildings, bridges, towers and other steel structure industry, and also can process baffle plate and circular flange in boiler and petrochemical industry. It can drill through-hole, blind-hole, ladder hole, hole-end chamfering and milling, tapping,etc.
Main Features:
1. This machine is a gantry moving milling machine, which reduces the length of the bed and saves the floor space. Castings are used for gantry/bed, longitudinal sliding table, transverse sliding table, vertical ram, work table, etc., all of them are treated by artificial aging and have stable precision.The reinforced gantry greatly increases the rigidity of the machine and guarantees a large cutting amount.A plurality of transverse T-shaped groove strips are arranged on the workbench for clamping the fixture and the tube sheet work piece.
2.The longitudinal (X-axis) movement of the gantry is guided by a high-precision linear guide which is horizontally arranged on the bed, it will be flexible.This machine uses a servo motor to drive the timing belt (i=2) and the precision large pitch ball screw to synchronize the drive on both sides.Both the guide rail and the lead screw have eliminated the gap, good response and high positioning accuracy.The double-sided synchronous drive ensures both parallel translationt of the gantry and he verticality of the Y-axis to the X-axis at any position.
3.The power head spindle uses a high-speed, high-precision spindle to achieve the tip speed control required for timing belt drive.
4. A vertical CNC feed slide drill head with four linear guides and twelve linear guide blocks mounted on the gantry moving skateboard,The drilling head uses a high-power servo motor spindle to drive the spindle through the timing pulley and timing belt.The low speed torque, can withstand heavy cutting load, rigid tapping, and also can be used for high speed machining of carbide tools.The drilling spindle adopts Taiwan precision spindle (internal cooling), spindle taper hole BT50,It can hold the carbide inner cooling drill bit and the high speed steel twist drill bit, at the same time with the function of the inner cooling center.
5. Vertical ram is a cast structure,Z-axis movement uses four linear guides,it uses a servo motor to drive the timing belt (i=2) and the precision ball screw.
6. The machine can be operated by electronic hand wheel, which saves a lot of time in the process, greatly improves production efficiency, and also has automatic chip breaking, chip rewinding and pause function.
7. The machine is equipped with automatic chip removal device and chip collecting machine,Special cooling liquid supply, recovery and recycle system.
8.Equipped with automatic lubricating device to reduce each motion vice friction and maintain the machine conveniently.
9.The machine X-axis is equipped with a stainless steel shield and a flexible shield on both sides of the Y-axis. A waterproof baffle is installed around the workbench. A soft PVC strip cover is installed around the spindle.
10. This machine has machine illumination for observation and operation.
11.The machine is equipped with an opto-edge finder that can easily locate the work piece.
12.The machine is equipped with a hydraulic system to complete the hydraulic balance of the vertical sliding and the spindle hydraulic loosing cutter.
