Use
It is used to measure the friction coefficient of highway, city road, airport runway and so on
structure
1. Base: it is composed of t-leg, leveling wire and leveling bubble, which can level and support the instrument.
2. Column: composed of column, lifting mechanism, guide rod and instrument handle, it is used for lifting and fixing the position of swing head.
3. Release switch: the switch installed on the cantilever is used to maintain the horizontal position of the pendulum rod and the effect of releasing pendulum falling.
4. Steering system: including fastening handle, pendulum shaft, steering knuckle and bearing, connecting pendulum and fixing position to ensure free swing in the swing plane.
5. Indicator system: including pointer felt ring, pressing cover, pointer adjusting nut and dial, the pointer can directly indicate the pendulum value.
6. Swing head: it is composed of upper and lower joint, swing bar, spring, lever, lifting handle, hammer shell, sliding block and rubber sheet (76mm*25.4mm*6.35mm), which has a specified torque on the swing center and a specified pressure on the road surface.The moment balance between front and back, left and right is the measure of road friction coefficient.
