Chocolate enrober machine for chocolate coated cookies

TC series chocolate enrober machines are ideal chocolate shell coating equipment for covering various kind of foodstuffs, such as oreo cookies, wafer, biscuit, fruit, breads.

The entire enrobing line is composed of chocolate enrober head and belt conveyor cooling tunnel, enrober conveyor with over 800mm will be equipped with independent foodstuffs infeed conveyor to connect with the upstream production lines.

Chocolate enrober machine is buit with chocolate top/bottom/full-side coating, thanks to the variable speed controlled conveyor vibrator and the fast air blowers, the chocolate shell could be controlled within 1-1.5mm.

Flexiable conveyor width and chocolate cooling tunnel length for selection to suit your specific demands.

Mobile chocolate reserving tank with high flowing rate chocolate pump and hot water recycling system installed. It ensures the operator could easily pull the reserving tank out of the enrober head for cleaning and maintenance.
High flowing rate chocolate pump will deliver plenty of chocolate into the curtain devices which guarantees the final products have a great chocolate shell.
