Saccharification system/ mashing system

This model of home brewing equipment is one vessel, contain mash tun, 2 fermenter tank, cooling system and controller. And it will be finished assembly before delivery, you only need to plug in water pipe and electric for working. As this model only use in home brewing, its product is lower, you only can get 2 vessels fermentation tank beer during in one fermentation periods. Of course, we can customized it.

And also we can provide two vessels for brewery if you like , you can see the picture.

Fermenter system (fermenter and bright beer tank)

The tradtional design of the fermenter’s cylinder and cone is double-jacket, the seal head is single-jacket, based on the original design, we have developed the energy-saving equipment with double jacket seal head, favored by customers.

Design pressure is 0.3Mpa; working pressure is 0.15Mpa

Refrigeration system/ cooling system

In this a compact system, with a cooling box. Includes: glycol tank, cold water tank, cooling unit, pump and etc. used for cooling wort, fermenters and bright beer tank.
