1.Raw Material Preparation :

Choose good quality PVC & Calcuium Carbonate ,mix according to the quality ratio request.

2.Mold Debugging

We have nearly hundreds Mold to meet different request for width,Thickness,Surface shape,weight of panels .Our each making line have the professional technical engineers with 6-10 years working experience to debug the mold to ensure in best condition before the start production .

3. Panel Making :

The mixed material be extruded by mold into shape with high temperature ,and the cool water will help the panel ‘s surface temperature be cool down quickly .meantime the traction machine stretches out the panel . and color can be make for printing /hot stamping / laminating as different color treatment need .

4.The panel cut as request , and we will check each piece of panel ,take away the defective and not good finish panel , then carry the panel to the pack area waiting for packing as order request . package by PE or carton box mainly and put on label to both side of package .

5. Container Loading

The finished package panel will be carry to the warehouse area , and waiting for arrange for container loading .

Our products have it’s Generic name “PVC PANEL “It’s mainly use for interior wall and ceiling decoration. They are made of PVC and Calcuim carbonate. They are specially make by hard PVC extrusion methods and active additives to improve the key properties of the product, such as impact resistance and durability,flexibility and environmental resistance.

3.How can I take an order ?
We encourage trial orders for new customer and new market .Customer can start with 1x20 GP small container with around 2800m2 -4400m2 panel first to check our quality and market ,And our convention order will be start as 1 x40 Container with 7000-10000m2 panels can fill in the container and 8 colors max you can take .
4.What’s the Payment term and how long time you can finish the order ?
Our payment term : 30% as prepayment to start the order , left 70% before loading 
And with 14-25 days production time after the order confirm and pre-payment done .
5.Color style and panel styles ?
We have cover all the panel styles from market, and also we can make the new mould to follow customer’s request .
