Introduction :
A:BiaoYuan Tile adhesive is a grey or white cementitious powder, containing performance enhancing polymers and other speciality additives.
B:Easy handle, cement-based adhesive is perfect for fixing ceramic or vitrified wall and floor tiles, quarry tiles and similar materials.
C:BY701 provides strong adhesion to cement/sand screeds, to in-situ/pre-cast and aerated concrete, and brickwork. It is suitable for use where the tiling is fully immersed in water.
Application:
a):Before application, wash clean the base surface and start application after there in no visible water.
b): Mix the Biao Yuan Tile glue and water with a proportion of 3.5 to 4:1, put the powder into water and mix them into a uniform paste with an electric mixer, stop stirring and wait for about 2-3 minutes, then stir them once again before use.
c): Use a toothed scraper to apply the glue evenly on the base surface of the concrete, each apply the glue in about 1 square meter each time, and then apply the glue fully on the back surface of the mosaic or ceramic tile, stick the mosaic or ceramic tile on the base surface, press it tightly and flatten it. At last remove the excessive glue on the surface with a scraper.

Precautions for tile adhesive:
A):The suitable application temperature is 4-40℃.
B):No construction shall be carried out in rain days.
C):It is strictly prohibited to add water into the dried glue and use it again.
D):In 24 hours after tile paving, two days of water-spray curing must be done.
E): As different mosaics and tiles are made of different materials, it is recommended to start with a small area for trial, and then start application on large areas according to the test result.
F): Store the product in a coo and dry place on a pallet and off the ground, it can be stored for one year in an unopened package.
Limits for tile adhesive:
1):Bonding tiles to high elastic or high shaking walls.
2):Bonding tiles to glass or metal surfaces.
3): Bonding tiles to water absorbing stone surface or wood boards.
