3. Are you a trading company or manufacturer ?

We have many factories, we have one main factory in Hanoi city. We have all necessary equipment and technology to handle customers' special requests. We are welcome to visit ours. 

4. How long is your production time ?

Generally it is 1 - 4 days if the goods are in stock or it is 5 - 10 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to quantity.

5. Do you provide samples ? Is it free or extra  ?

Yes, The sample is always available, we will refund you when you make the official order but do not pay the cost of freight. Any special requirements need to be negotiated with us.

6. What are your terms of payment ?

Payment < 300 USD, 100% in advance. 

 Payment > 300 USD, 50% in advance, complete before shipment.
