It is regarded as universal water treatment equipment in water supply and drainage engineering. It has wide application, high handling efficiency, small area, etc. It is suitable in removing sand in inlet, industry and drinking water precipitation, separation in oil & water.

1. Installation of sludge discharge pipe at the bottom of sedimentation tank；

The first step is to empty the water in the sedimentation tank, and then use the high-pressure water to clean one by one from top to bottom. Never leave a dead corner. The corners must be washed without blocking.
If the cleaning is not clean or not timely, the effluent quality will deteriorate, such as anaerobic fermentation, a large number of floating sludge, which may cause secondary pollution in serious cases.
Generally, the sludge discharge period of the primary sedimentation tank should not exceed 2 days, and the sludge discharge period of the secondary sedimentation tank should not exceed 2 hours. When the sludge discharge of the hexagonal honeycomb inclined tube sedimentation tank is not complete, the tank should be shut down (vented), and the manual flushing method should be used to clean the sludge.
The maintenance and management of the sludge discharge equipment shall be strengthened for the sedimentation tank with mechanical sludge discharge. In case of failure of the mechanical sludge discharge equipment, it shall be repaired in time to avoid excessive sludge accumulation at the bottom of the tank, affecting the water quality or blocking.
