Specification:

* The shrink wrap is for covering your custom battery packs as well as other products

* For the best result use Hot Air Gun but if there is not Hot Air Gun available you can use a hair dryer to evenly heat up the
wrap to shrink until it is tightly wrapped around the battery pack.

* It's approx 0.1mm thick with approx. 2:1 shrink ratio.

* Shrinking rate: cross section: 48% +/-5; longitudinal: 15% +/-3

* Shrinking temperature: 80℃

* Flame Retardant


PVC is sell by kilogram, blue color we have in stock with small MOQ, other colors MOQ is 20KG, different size price is different

Please be noted there is 2-3mm tolerances for size below 260mm, above 260mm size tolerance is 3-5mm

Applications:

Widely used in electrolytic capacitors, batteries, electronic components, lighting, LED pin bottle combination packaging, beautifying coverings play, insulation, moisture or corrosion protection, and the role of dust.
You can use it to Batteries by cutting it smaller in the desired length with the help of scissors.

Tips:
We recommend using a hot air gun to heat shrink(after you put the battery inside).

Q:does Heat-Shrink wrap make batteries

A: the shrink is simply a cover to keep you from catching the edges of the cells on something in/on/around the plane and destroying your Pack. When heating it, the temperature will increase in few seconds. In such short time, the heat will not transmit to the battery.

Q: do I use the rubber one to replace it

A: no. Rubber-made shrink wrap is too thick for batteries and there is no much space for the battery wrapped by rubber shrink tube. These batteries can not take the high melt point of rubber. PVC is perfect material for wrapping your battery
