A: We are manufacturer with more than 15 years experience, you can have a visit to our factory at any time.
Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally it is 30 days during the off season, but 45-60 days in busy season after sample/order is confirmed and deposit received.
Q: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra?
A: Yes, we could offer the sample, for existing sample, we can send it to you for free; but for customized sample, sample fee depend on design and logo.
Q: What is your terms of payment ?
A: Payment<=3000USD, 100% in advance. Payment>=3000USD, 30% T/T in advance ,balance before shippment.
Q: What is your MOQ?
A: Normally 3000pcs for one models, but it is negotiable.
Q: Can print with custom logo?
A: Yes, all most of our products are OEM, you can offer your photos for the product's printing.
