Q1. Are you a manufacturer company?
A: Yes, we are a manufacturer company with above 2000 square meters.We specialize in PVC Trunkings, PVC Electrical Conduits and Accessories. We have three production line.
Q2. Can I have a sample order for cable trunking?
A: Yes, we provide sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.
Q3. What about lead time?
A: Sample needs 3-5 days, mass production time needs 1-2 weeks after comfimation.
Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: We usually ship the goods by sea shipping. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive depending on the distance.
Q5. How to proceed an order for cable trunkings?
A: Firstly inform us about your requirements in detail.
Then we quote according to your requirements.
After customer comfirms the sample and the proforma invoice, we arrenge the production.
Q6. Do you offer guarantee for the products?
A: Yes, we offer 2 years warranty to our products.
Q7. How to deal with the faulty?
A: Firstly, our products are manufactured in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%.
During the guarantee period, we will send new cable trunking with new order for small quantity. For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.
