Pipe Hydrostatic Testing Machine
1.Application
Hydrostatic testing machine is used to measure the internal pressure resistance test and damage test of thermoplastic pipe, composite pipe and aluminum plastic composite pipe under constant temperature.
Hydrostatic testing machine is controlled by PC central cluster. Each path is a module, and each module is provided with a microcomputer, which is used to receive embedded PC control instructions and realize control. At the same time, the control information is fed back to the PC through the serial bus, and the PC completes the collection and storage of test data. It has the functions of pipe rupture identification, real-time monitoring, call data recovery, printing, storage of experimental results, sample pretreatment settings and so on.

3.Working principle
The machine can be used for both hydrostatic and blasting tests. The parameters such as the ring stress, wall thickness and average outer diameter of the pipe are input on the PC, and the test pressure is automatically calculated. The test pressure can also be manually input according to actual experience. The computer transmits to the lower computer (m) through the RS232 serial bus. The lower machine automatically applies constant pressure to the pipe. The high pressure piston pump generates a high pressure liquid pressure source. After the pressure control system, the high pressure hose is delivered to the medium temperature thermostat. In the sample, a long-term hydrostatic test or a blast test of the pipe is performed.
