Q1: Are you a factory or trading company?
A: We are a factory with 3000m2 workshop.
Q2: What kind of trade terms you can do?
A: We can do with you for EXW, FOB, CIF, CNF for big quantity, and can do DDU, DHL, and UPS for samples.
It depends on customer’s requirements.
Q3: What is the material of your products?
A: The material is Aluminum or PVC/UPVC profile
Q4: How can I get some samples?
A: We are honored to offer you samples, you just need to send your samples details such as size, opening type, color, glass thickness.
Q5: How does your factory do regarding quality control?
A: Quality is priority. We always attach great importance to quality controlling from the beginning to the end. We have professional QC to check quality before shipping.
Q6: Are there any problems with the glass inside? Having steam or going foggy? As this will be a real problem.
A: Usually, except customer required, we use 5mm+9A+5mm double glass or 5mm single glass, you can be rest assured. Our double glass is made professionally by big factory, no steam or going foggy between the double hollow glass.
Q7 All these doors and windows come with frames and accessories?
A: Yes, all doors and windows are finished with frames and hardware together, you can just install to the wall after you received goods.
Q8: The glass will be broken after I received the goods?
A: The glass would be broken only because suffering from the impact force, but it won’t break itself. We will use safety package and the glass be tempered glass will be better.
Q9: UPVC/PVC and aluminum profile, which is better?
A: It can’t say which one is better, they have both advantages.
UPVC/PVC is good performance for sound and heat insulation.
Aluminum is harder and strong for security. Aluminum also has thermal break profile to insulate heat.
Q10: What are your payment terms?
A: Usually we accept T/T, 30% down payment and pay off balanced payment before shipping.
If you want to pay by L/C or west union we also can accept now.
Q11: How about your delivery time?
A: Delivery time depends on your order quantity, some special color need long time get material.
But usually the delivery time is around 35 days for common color like white color.
Q12: How about the MOQ of the doors and windows?
A: We don’t have MOQ, especially for the special material and colors; otherwise if we have stock for the material, we can do only one pc for you.
