BTB-300S automatic transparent membrane 3D packing machine
This machine is suitable for automatic film packaging (with gold wire) for single-piece boxes in various industries. It adopts the most imported PLC programmable controller with safety door protection and alarm device to ensure the high-speed operation stability of the machine. Various setting operations can be easily completed on the touch screen. There is no need to adjust the height of the work surface on both sides of the machine when changing the mold, no need to disassemble the discharge chain.
Features:
1. In this BTB-300Sautomatic transparent membrane 3D packing machine, there are many packing stations in the turntable, all wrapping and thermal sealing is driven by the cam, and there are advantages of quick packing speed and stable operation, etc.
2. When dies are changed, the object with different size can be packed. With patented structure, it is easy to replace the dies.
3. With the double-rotating cutter, the service life is long, and the membrane cutting is tidy and accurate.
4. There is the static electricity eliminator, those static in the membrane can be get rid of effectively, and the membrane feeding is smooth.
5. The packing speed is controlled by the VFD, and the packing speed is 40 ~ 80packages/min.
6. There is the membrane finishing device for both sides, and the packing effect is skin-fitted and beautiful.
7. The machine can be connected in an automatic production line.
8. There is a safety door and the alarm device.
9. When the temperature is too low or too high, the machine will alarm.
10. When there is lack of boxes, the machine will be stopped automatically.
