PVC Edge Banding Making Machine/Extrusion Machine/Production Line
We can produce two types of PVC edge banding making machine:
1). PVC edge banding making machine, by single screw extruder (from PVC granules)----surface processing for wood grain texture and decoration can adopt: embosser, hot stamping heat transfer technique OR three color printing machine-----standard sizes
2). PVC wide sheet edge banding making machine, by twin screw extruder (from PVC powder,etc)---with slitting machine---surface processing can adopt embossing or hot stamping or three color printing-----400mm or 600mm sheet slitting into standard sizes, with very high capacity 150-200kg/h, 300-350kg/h.
1. Whole process for PVC single edge banding production- pvc furniture edge band extrusion line :
Extrusion line ( including single screw extruder—mold—embossing—cooling—haul off—glueing—coling)---surface finish ( three roller printing OR heat transfer hot stamping machine online for customers’ choice)
