Plastic granulating extruder.
Waste plastic granulator, used for recycling and waste plastic materials.It is equipped with automatic temperature, electric change filter screen.After loading the feeder, the crushed material can be granulated.Granulator adopts speed regulating motor.Material can be cut according to the feed rate of the extruder.

Belt Conveyor.
As standard design, plastic scraps such as film, filament, raffias conveyed into the compacting room through belt conveyor; to handle rolls’ scraps, roll hauling off device is an optional feeding method. Motor drives of conveyor belt and hauling device cooperate with ABB inverter. Feeding speed of conveyor belt or roll hauling off is fully automatic based on how full the compactor’s room is. Metal detector can be combined with belt conveyor, and can interlock with contrl system, to warn and stop the system, in case that metal is found in feeding.
Heating system.
The heating of the plastic and the internal heat generated by friction between the plastic and the screw make the plastic soft and melt.Different polymers and different applications often have different design requirements for plastic extruders.
Cooling device.
The cooling device is designed to ensure that the plastics are in the temperature range required by the process.Specifically, it is to eliminate the excess heat generated by the shear friction of screw rotation, so as to avoid excessive temperature to make plastic decomposition, burning or finalize the design difficult.
Artificial intelligence control.
