We are a Piedmontese company specialized in chocolate, located in Turin (Italy). Boella & Sorrisi is a fusion of two artisan realities: the Boella and the Sorrisi. Our origins were founded in 1885 when Umberto Boella opened a little bakery in Corneliano d'Alba, a little village near Turin, where he used to produce bread and pastry. In 1939, his son Giuseppe moved the company to Turin, where he became famous for his pastry specialities and where he transmitted his passion to his sons, which in 1950 established the Boella company, specialized in the production of Panettoni, Colombe and pastries. In the 50's the Sorrisi company was founded. They were specialized in artisan chocolate sector and are known for the famous "Sorrisi di Torino", a filled chocolate in assorted flavors produced with a registered trademark since 1960. The Boella & Sorrisi Chocolate Factory was born in 2014 from the marriage between the heir owners of the two brands. We have a reputation for the quality of our chocolate thanks to the ancient recipes and the attention in the choice of raw materials. Through the continuous research and study of the needs and tastes of today's consumer, we create hand-decorated chocolate bars, gianduiotti, cremini, pralines, spreadable creams, dragees, hand-made panettone and colombe, single-origin disks, as well as our famous innovation, the Gianrubyotto, a pink gianduiotto made with Ruby chocolate. To meet the requirements of all our consumers, some of our products are made without the addition of sugar. To guarantee the best quality, we create delicious gluten-free chocolate, paying particular attention to avoid any type of contamination from cereals. Furthermore, on request, we produce Fair trade and organic certified products. One of the key aspects of our company is the flexibility of the entire production chain which also gives us the ability to customize the products chosen by the customer, with unique ingredients, elegant and creative packaging to make special occasions unforgettable. In addition, the continuous innovation of the products thanks to the use of advanced technologies, allows us to follow the manufacturing process of the products in all their phases.
