Wood - plastic flooring is a new environmental protection wood - plastic composite products. In the production process, the wood powder produced by high-density fibreboard is added with recycled plastic, and then made into wood-plastic composite material through granulating equipment, and finally made into wood-plastic floor by extrusion production line.
The main materials of wood-plastic outdoor floor are PE and wood powder or bamboo powder. After adding additives and mixing at high speed, it is granulated, and then our plastic extruder is used to extrude the granule into WPC profiles. This kind of floor can be used for outdoor platforms such as garden landscape and villas, and etc.

The WPC extrusion production line is multifunctional, can produce window or door profiles, wire trunking, stair handrail and other special profiles, just exchanging the extrusion mould and data. Our extrusion line is full automatic, energy saving and high efficiency.

1. The embossing roller should be heated to a required temperature before working,
2. It should be keep around the required temperature in working,
3. roller up and down control system
4. temperature control system for the embossing roller, we use OMRON brand.
