Overview
Hydrostatic testing machine is used to measure the internal pressure resistance test and damage test of thermoplastic pipe, composite pipe and aluminum plastic composite pipe under constant temperature.
Hydrostatic testing machine is controlled by PC central cluster. Each path is a module, and each module is provided with a microcomputer, which is used to receive embedded PC control instructions and realize control. At the same time, the control information is fed back to the PC through the serial bus, and the PC completes the collection and storage of test data. It has the functions of pipe rupture identification, real-time monitoring, call data recovery, printing, storage of experimental results, sample pretreatment settings and so on.
Working Principle
This machine is mainly composed of four parts: pressure control system (high pressure pump, main engine), medium constant temperature box, temperature control system and clamp.
The high-pressure liquid produced by the high-pressure pump is measured by the main engine of the pressure control system, then delivered to the sample in the medium constant temperature box through the high-pressure hose for the long-term hydrostatic test.
