Operating Steps


1,Take out the adhesive and mix with ratio A :B = 1:1.
2, Coat the adhesive on the bonding material after thorough mixture
3, Make sure the clamp holder keep the adhesive coated substrates together and put together in oven for baking.
4, A. Vertical oven : 120℃ baking for 10- 15 minutes . The cured adhesive will strengthen the bond of silicone rubber
with another substrates.
B.Horizonal oven : 140℃ cure for 5-10 minutes
