2. How can I get some samples?

We thank new customers for paying the express fee of free samples, which will be deducted once the order is placed.

3. Can we combine multiple items in a container in the first order?

Yes, you can. But the quantity of each order should reach our minimum order quantity.

4. What is the normal delivery time?

A: For the inventory products, we will send the goods to you within 1-2 days after receiving your payment.

B: For mass production, the delivery time is 10-15 days after rerrrceipt of your deposit.

C: For OEM products, the delivery time will be 30-35 working days upon receipt of your payment.

5. What are your payment methods?

A :T/T, Western Union and Paypal are accepted.

B: High volume order: 30% in advance and 70% before shipping.

6. What are your shipping methods?

We will make samples before mass production and arrange mass production after sample approval.

8. If there is a quality problem,how can you solve it for us?

If you find any damaged or defective products, you must take the photos from the original carton. All claims must be made within 7 working days after discharge. The date depends on the arrival time of the container.
