1.Use of product:

   The equipment is used for drying PET chips or PET flakes with steam or heat transfer oil in a vacuum state.

   The equipment has reasonable structure,good properties,easy to use and confirm to the requirement of drying.

3.Structure of Machine:

 (1) vacuum dryer is made of inside drum and outside heating jacket,both ends are placed in bearing bracket.one side which closed to drive side bleed air,the other side is used to inject steam or heat transfer oil to the inside of drum jacket,which is used for heating.

 (2)The drum is drived by reducer and a pair of open gears,turning direction of the drum is observed at the opposite side of drive side,the direction of rotation is the same as counter clock wise.

 (3)Air bleed of drum is operated by vacuum pump,the space between drum and vacuum pumps is connected by separator.

 (4)Structure presentation of equipment

• Subassembly of drum:equipment body,small and big gear,bearing,bearing bracket,big bearing.
• Subassembly of reducer: main motor and reduction gearbox
• dedusting barrel
• Accessories:vacuum meter,pressure meter,thermometer,mechanical seal,2 pieces of metal hose, 2 pieces of buffer tube, 8 pieces of bolt bed, one piece of manhole sealing washer and handhole sealing washer.
• specification of main pipe orifice

4. Installation of Machine

(1)safety valve and pressure meter must be needed against the entrance of pipeline. Inspection period of validity is less than six months. The pressure range oi safety valve must confirm to the requirement.

(2)the installation of equipment need to refer to assembly drawing. The location of dedusting barrel depend on the conditions of customer’s plant.

(3)before connecting the drum and pressure pipes,you must clean the pressure pipes,welding slag , ferric oxide and other residue are forbidden in the pipes, avoid to destroy the mechanical seal of drum.
