Machine Feature:
Auto vacuum forming machine is workable for forming ABS.PC.PP.PS sheet etc. 
It is specially used in Luggage Shell forming production, which is most efficiently and high output. 
Upper-lower double heating with PLC control system. Machine size can be made as customer demand. 

 

Equipment Workflow

 

System composition:

1.Feeding system:

Manually put the material into the presser frame and after forming take the finished product by manually. then all other actions are automatic.

 

2. Heating system:

2.1 Pneumatic moving heating furnace is adopted.

2.2 The heating furnace is heated on one side and temperature control is controlled by one-to-one temperature control with digital display temperature controller.

Each heating brick is a control area, and the high and low temperature of each heating brick can be adjusted at will so as to achieve the power saving function.

2.3 The heater with master switch can forcibly turn off the power supply.

2.4 The fixed base plate of heating plate is made of galvanized steel plate, which is not easy to deform after heating.

2.5 The fixing mode of heating plate is changeable, and no circuit break and short circuit will occur during heating.

2.6 The electric furnace is surrounded by sheet metal and built-in heat preservation material to ensure heat balance and no loss.

3. Cooling system:

3.1 strong cold air blower, with cold water spray cooling device at the same time, can change the cooling mode according to the shape of the product. The medium pressure fan is equipped in the machine to set up the startup and delay state of cooling on the operation surface plate. Manual or automatic working state can be switched.

3.2 The cabinet is equipped with a radiator to ensure that the hot air in the cabinet can be recycled.

4. Forming system.

4.1 The forming part is composed of sealed gas box, sheet-pressing frame, upper die assembly and lower die assembly. Vacuum forming is used in the forming of middle and lower die. Hydraulic lifting and balancing synchronizer are used in the lower die to make the die stand run more smoothly.

4.2 According to the height of the die, the position of the lifting platform can be adjusted (200mm).

4.3 Pressure frame can be adjusted at will in the range of 680 mm*800 mm.

5. Vacuum system:

5.1 Equipped with complete vacuum system, including vacuum chamber, vacuum pump, vacuum storage tank, vacuum valve, vacuum regulator, reverse blow demoulding device, secondary vacuum and delayed vacuum, etc.

5.2 Vacuum pump and vacuum tank meet the vacuum forming requirements of any size of vacuum forming die on the table.

5.3 Vacuum pumps with displacement of 40 m3/h are used, and the negative pressure system has a space of about 0.5 M3, and the degree of negative pressure can be read by a negative pressure meter.

5.4 Vacuum suction pipe needs to fully consider its sealing reliability when docking with the die to ensure that the seal is not leaking and easy to operate.

6. Electrical system:

6.1 The heating plate line is a high temperature resistant line, and the lines in the tank chain are made of multiple soft copper wires.

6.2 Built-in heating air switch, enough capacity, air switch terminal pressure line must be in good contact to prevent heating burnout. The heating wire terminal box outside the heating body is large enough to have a heat insulation layer with the heating body, which is conducive to heat dissipation and maintenance.

6.3 Install ventilation facilities to ensure heat dissipation and two fans to ensure heat dissipation.

7. Electric Control Mode and Requirements

7.1 Control power supply: three-phase and five-wire system, i.e. three-phase power supply, one-phase ground wire and one-phase zero wire are fixed by wire ears.

7.2 Control requirements: The control system should be far away from the flammable and explosive high temperature, high humidity and high corrosion area. If it is unavoidable, the necessary shielding measures should be set up. The control cabinet should have good heat dissipation conditions, and the control line should be ensured that even if the line fails or damages, it will not cause harm. All wiring and routing should be higher than the ground, and can not be directly attached to the ground. The control system is placed in the place where the operator is easy to operate and observe, and the necessary emergency shutdown switch is set up according to the specific situation. It has the functions of overload protection and short circuit protection. When the circuit of the equipment collides with the shell, the control system cuts off the power supply of the circuit within 0.1 seconds. There are measures to prevent wire wear around the outlet of distribution cabinet. The connectionless equipment wiring in the middle of power supply cables is conveyed by standard grooves or insulating pipes, which can not be installed directly on the ground. Distribution cabinet is connected with peripheral equipment by air plug or terminal.

7.3 Safety Device: There are emergency stop in dangerous area of machine operation. Safety and warning signs must be marked in every dangerous area of equipment.

 

Equipment function

1. Flat die state can realize the heating function of air bracket to keep heating material in plane state and prevent material from uneven thickness due to sagging.

2. The punch state can realize the function of pre-blowing (blowing forming) and reduce the drawing of the die to the material.

3. Reverse blow demoulding device, difficult demoulding die can easily demould, reduce the damage caused by demoulding die and scrap of product.

For different materials, secondary vacuum, vacuum delay and vacuum forming can be controlled arbitrarily.

5. Safety interlock protection function prevents the machine from being damaged by misoperation.

6. The die table can adjust the height at will, shorten the changing mould time and save manpower cost.

7. Balance synchronizer function of lower die to improve service life of equipment and reduce scrap rate of products
