Block Link for Intermediate Carrier Chains FORGED or CASTING

The attachment incorporates smooth curving to ensure high rigidity against impact and cyclic loads. Corner of the chain link have been well rounded in order to distribute stress more evenly. The strength of the chain link is thus stabilized. Bushing is made from special material, heat treated through proprietary process, to enhance wear and corrosion characteristics.

Both Forged link type and Casting link type are available. Forged link type, the attachment is welded. Casting link type, the platform and link are casted in union.

-The prices from some steel factory are cheaper but the physical properties are poor.
-Reduce production process: Plate material annealing, twice punching plate hole, centerless grinding,
shot peening, chain pre-strength, etc.
-Use cheaper material for pin, bush and roller.
-Use thinner chain plates.
-Shorter the heat-treatment time or overload in furnace each time.
