Warranty:

For led module, we offer 1-3 years waranty based on normal usage, further man-made damange, we also provide maintainace service.

Support policies:

1.    If any quality problems occur within 3 years’ guarantee period,Scree™ shall provide free maintenance service.

2.    Scree™ shall take the single freight cost within the 3-yearguarantee period. Once the 3-year warranty period expires, Scree™ shall not take any responsibility for freight cost incurred.

3.    Once the 3-year warranty period expired, Scree™ shall provide a favorable price for maintenance service.

4.    If any of the following circumstances happen, Scree™ shall not take any responsibility for the equipment troubles:

4.1 Unauthorized disassembling or repairing;

4.2 Malfunction by misuse;

4.3 Out of the warranty period;

4.4 Void or broken series number seal tape;

     5.  Warranty will not be provided under the following circumstances:

     5.1 Damage due to the users’ misuse;

     5.2 Damage caused by fire, flood, earthquake and other Natural disasters;  

     5.3 Malfunction caused by misuse, including unauthorized disassemble, improper testing, etc;

     5.4 Shell damage or components damage in use.

     6.  Cost for after-sales technical support.

   Scree™ will send engineers to help with installation and maintenance guidance, but the client should bear all the expenses incurred for the after-sales technical service, including visa fee,boarding fee, meals, transportation fee and so forth. The client should also take full charge of the engineers’ visa arrangement.
