This hose is specifically constructed and prepared for use with pure oxygen. Outer cover is 304 Stainless Steel braided with a PTFE inner core. 3000 PSI service pressure, 1/4” diameter hose. Ends are made of machined brass and are 1/4 Female NPT by 1/4 Female NPT. This hose length is 2 feet.
This hose has been cleaned for oxygen service as per CGA G-41, and is suitable for industrial or medical gas applications. The cleaning procedure utilizes hot aqueous degreasing/soap solution, fresh water rinse, and oven or nitrogen drying.

Testing
At QC Hydraulics, we take in pride in our quality assurance, testing every hose assembly before it is shipped. The quality of our PTFE/FEP hose is one of our top priorities, one we take very seriously.
1). After crimping, we will test assembly with 1.5 times standard working pressure holding at least 5 minutes.
2). All of our PTFE/FEP hose assemblies are 100% tested, bagged and labeled.

1. Male or female fittings covered by plastic caps & plugs.
2. Several fittings packed in a small plastic bag to prevent any scratches during transportation.

4. Carton boxes put on a standard export plywood pallet with belt fasten.

3.We are a professional manufacturer of stainless steel hydraulic fittings. So we use our fittings to crimp on the hoses. And we use techmaflex crimp machine to crimp hose and fittings together, which has a very stable crimping performance.

1) We only choose the highest quality stainless steel raw material. And metal suppliers provide material test certificates for
each shipment.
2) We 100% measure the sizes of bar stock and forging blanks by callipers for each shipment.
3) We use the Portable XRF Analyser to test the key chemical elements of bar stock and forging blanks with 10% for each
shipment(Key chemical elements include Cr, Ni, Mo, these chemical elements are very important for the corrosion performance).
4) Besides, we randomly pick up several of cutting pieces to do further chemical analysis by spectrograph every 10 days to make
sure the raw material 100% qualified.

A:30% deposit in advance, the balance payment against the copy of Bill of lading. Of course, I think everything is negotiable.

A: About 45 days for common orders. But it depends on the order volume. Of course, if you have an urgent order, we will try best to meet you.
