Installation and use.
1. The outer seat diagram and bracket of the TFS cam coupler are designed according to the press fit. The accuracy of the surface size must be ensured to obtain the best use effect. The inner surface size of the trailer should use H7. Level tolerance. The key should extend into the end face of the cam clutch for proper installation. Refer to the following section 3 for installation. Please refer to the BB series cam clutch. If the inner diameter of the carriage is K6 tolerance, the key does not have to be Extend into the end face of the cam clutch.
2. Make sure that the bracket is strong enough to withstand the pressure required to install the clutch.
3. When installing the clutch, the type 63 bearing should be used to assemble to avoid radial force. Because there is no bearing inside the clutch.
4. Install the cam clutch in the direction of rotation indicated by the arrow on the cam clutch plate.
5. The tolerance of the shaft is recommended to use the H7 class.
6. The appropriate key surface pressure should be selected according to the design criteria of the company.
