Re: We really appreciate your inquiry on our air separation plant. In order to provide you the right plant, we need to get more information from your side. Pls check the attachment and fill in the air separation plant questionnaire, which will help our engineer to know more about your specified requirement.

2 .Q: Does your quotation include installation cost?

Re: Actually, our quotation excludes the installation cost. However, we can send engineers to guide you do the live installation and also the commissioning. Your side needs to be responsible for the engineer’s round-trip air tickets, traffic fee, food, communication, insurance and accommodation.

3.Q: What about warranty?

Re: Equipment warranty is 16 months from the delivery date specified in the contract or 12 months from the date of successfully commissioning, whichever is earlier. The validity period of the Quality Performance Guarantee shall be deemed as the warranty period of the equipment.
