Installation:
The installation of the cable tray can be adapted to local conditions, and can be laid according to the technological requirements, such as pipe laying, floor slabs, under-beam lifting, indoor and outdoor walls, beam walls, tunnels, and cable trench walls. It can also be installed on outdoor columns.
—When the height of the bridge slot is 50, 100mm, each end has 6 connection holes, and when the height is 150, 200mm, each end has 12 connection holes.
—Support spacing: the support spacing should be less than or equal to the load curve allowable load and support span.
—Bridge width: When selecting the width of the cable bridge, a certain amount of spare space should be left in order to add cables in the future.
—Separate laying: When there are few power cables and control cables, they can be installed in the same cable tray, but the power cables and control cables must be separated and laid by partitions in the middle.
—Cable fixation: When the cable trays are laid horizontally, the connection between the trays should be set at 1/4 as far as possible. The horizontal cables are fixed every 2 meters, and the vertical cables are fixed every 1.5 meters.
Matters needing attention
—The cable tray must be protected by a cover plate within two meters of the ground.
—Places vulnerable to mechanical damage must be protected by cover plates.
—When the cable tray is erected horizontally, the best span support should be selected according to the load curve. When the cable tray is erected vertically, there must be a fixed frame every 1 meter or 2 meters to ensure the stability of the cable tray.
—When the cable is led horizontally and vertically from the cable tray, a guide plate should be installed to protect the cable from damage.
—Under normal circumstances, the steel cable tray should be reliably grounded to form an electrical path, and the cable tray should be connected to the grounding trunk of the workshop.
—In a corrosive environment, non-steel cable trays should be laid along the edge of the cable tray with 12*4 aluminum plates or 12*4 flat steel as grounding wires.
—Cable trays are not allowed to be used as pedestrian passages and standing platforms.
